Re: 1900 SWITCH [7:61730]

2003-01-23 Thread Hai Nguyen
Hi Mike,

Thanks for replying back to me. Actually, I tried to go all the way back to
select the "K" option but it couldn't work out. Whenever I am trying to
access all the way back then it asked me for the password which I set
through the "M- MENUS option". When I entered the password then obviously,
it takes me right back to the Menus option which I don't want to. I don't
know how to go to the Command Line now.

Please let me know if you can help.

Hai,

Is there a number that I can call you for help. Thanks!

Larry,

It's annoying because when i am trying to get out all the way from the
management console, it kept asking me the "password" and when i entered the
password then it's just brought me back in to the menu configuration option
which I don't want. I forgot to chose "K - for Command Line Interface" in
the beginning instead of "M - for menus". Hope, you can help me on this.
Thanks much.

hai,

LARRY,

Thanks for replying back to me. I couldn't go back all the way since like
beginning. I don't know why. Like I said, when the switch boots , it just
goes directly to Menu Command and ask me for the password. Please let me
know if you know how to work on this issue

Thanks,

Hai,

RE: Which Certification? [7:61152]

2003-01-15 Thread Hai Nguyen
I would totally agree with you on this since MCSE would give us more
experience and understanding on LAN while CCNP gives us more experience on
WAN. This is such a good combination of cert that I would go for instead of
just focusing on Cisco Only. My philosophy is "THE MORE YOU KNOW, THE BETTER
YOU ARE".

It's true that nowaday, IT jobs require a blend of skills not just
specializing in one concentration like before.

HAI,
