Re: Foreign job sites? (Non-North American) [7:41927]
The market is pretty tight in NZ and Australia at the moment..and while there are good positions, they are paying 50-70K for a CCNP and 80K+ for a CCIE, the Ozzie and NZ dollar a quite weak compared to the US$, so that 100K job is only 50K US$ and the price of your exams, study materials and a home lab ( that I don't have because I simply can't afford it ) also double or triple. Lots of sunshine though.. Cheers Johnny - Original Message - From: Persio Pucci To: Sent: Saturday, April 20, 2002 2:35 AM Subject: Re: Foreign job sites? (Non-North American) [7:41927] How about Australia (and surroundings)? Any good job site for that area? Any insider? ;-) I am in Brazil, CCNP studying for CCIE (and later I pretend to get a Voice specialization) and I really consider to look for a job there... :) Regards! - Original Message - From: Peter I. Yah !!!!!!!!!!!!!! CCNP @ last [7:31362]
It's been 2 years from I think I'll get my CCNA To Cool, meamingful letters after my Name Just got through on CIT ( what a dog ) But I was right to do it last, If you're done the other papers you can skim through the chapters explaining the technologies and concentrate on the trouble shooting. Thanks to all of you, special thanks to our more vocal members, I have probably learnt more here than with any number of texts, sorry for been such a lurker, but due to time zones most of the activity on the list takes place while I'm in the land of Nod. Most stuff that I can answer with authority, has already been covered by the time I log on. So onwards and upwards, I'm having a 3 mth break from Study as I'm starting a new job and want to concentrate solely on learning their way of doing things. I was then going to move onto my CCDA and DP, and I wanted recomendations on Texts, specificly what texts would get me through both exams i.e. I don't want to buy a CCDA only text. I know the creed is the more sources the better, but these books are three times the US price in NZ and I don't want to throw my hard earned cash away. Also thanks to Paul for doing the hard yards keeping the list running. Re: looking for Cisco-COLT questions for CIT [7:31147]
Yarie, I just passed this one ( last Thursday ) and I only just got through, 5% over the pass mark. While I found BSCN material more challenging, I got the worst mark of any of my exams on CIT. ( I thought I was going to find out what what the machine says when you fail, still don't know, don't want to know ). My advice is know your trouble shooting model, and know your ISDN inside-out. Cheers Johnny. - Original Message - From: Yarie To: Sent: Monday, January 07, 2002 7:06 AM Subject: looking for Cisco-COLT questions for CIT [7:31147] Hi all, I am preparing for CIT exam, which I am going take on Friday. I heard that Cisco COLT questions are good and similar to those asked on the real exam. also heard that it is the hardest of all four exams. Is that true? can someone send me those questions for review? I don't have the CCO login. thanks allot, Yaron Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7i=31255t=31147 -- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
