make sure you have the right version for the "original" 1912.  if you try and load the
latest standard or enterprise, they won't work.
looking on cco, the highest version available is 5.3.7

CCO access for the "end user" is done by having a smartnet contract. if you have a
smartnet, go to www.cisco.com/register, follow the instructions, and you can use your
smartnet number to get cco access, and ability to download ios.

The EOL Matrix doesn't reflect all of the products that Cisco EOL's. 
There are more that are EOL than what is listed on there.

Centri is dead.  You will not be able to get keys to unlock the program
anymore.  Cisco doesn't offer any support on this product whatsoever,
other tham migration programs to a PIX.
