Could anyone who has taken the CCIE lab test in the last few months let me
know if there is IPSec on the CCIE lab?
And in how much detail?

IKE with RSA and Digital Signatures

2000-10-13 Thread SV

Hello friends

I am trying to play around in the lab with Cisco
IPSec. Have been using the Cisco press book "Enhanced IP Services" book by
Donald Lee.
So far I have found it to be an excellent book.

I am trying to work on IKE with RSA and Digital
signatures. I tried downloading a Certificate Server from Netscape. I have never
worked with any CA and am frantically trying to get cisco IKE/IPsec to interact
with the CA. Dont know where I am going wrong.
Will someone who has worked on such a scenario
please help me.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

EIGRP metric

2000-09-07 Thread SV

Hi friends

I am reading up on EIGRP and have some questions
My scenario is simple; two routers connected by a DCE/DTE crossover cables.
1) Does the clock rate set on the DCE interface effect the EIGRP metric in
any way.

2) If suppose I change the bandwidth and the delay of the interface on
Router 1 from the default values, should I have to change it on the router
R2 too.

Thanks

SV
