In order to edit an access list, the easiest thing to do is to copy the access list to notepad, make your changes then remove the access list in global config mode with the "no access-list" command and then paste in your new access list. I believe that is the only way you can "edit" an access list. However, if I am wrong I am sure someone will let me know. :) It really depends on the acl.
