For us, it reached over 100,000+ lately by PSI.net's contribution. They
have changed their announcement to all the down at /27s, specially their
38.0.0.0 ip blocks. We have a private peering with them, and we used to get
about 2,800+, but now it reached over at 22,000+ this morning. Maybe they
are getting ready to break up in near future?

Subject: Off Topic a bit - The IOnternet Routing Table [7:2360]

The Bates report shows eight straight days over 100K routes

Table History
-------------

Date Prefixes
200401 100216
210401 100108
220401 100099
230401 100219
240401 100457
250401 100635
260401 100755
270401 100797

Check http://www.employees.org/~tbates/cidr.plot.html for a plot
of the table history.

Interestingly, a minor thread showed up on NANOG about cutting down the
number of routes in internet tables the other day.

One IOS to forward them all.
One IOS to find them.
One IOS to summarize them all
And in the routing table bind them.
