i'm encountering some issues on the 2nd channel, it takes quite a while for
it to come up despite the 1st channel hits the threshold, is there any
command that i can issue to monitor on the 2nd channel?

r1, r2, r3 and r4 are running BGP, there is only one path to the Internet
and vice versa. Suppose the path is from isp2, r4, r2 how do i change this
to isp1, r3,r1 instead.

the following are the advertising route captured on both r3 and r4

r4
B   10.6.0.0/16 [20/200] via r2

r3
B   10.6.0.0/16 [200/200] via r1
