They are good book, but I prefer Stevens TCP/IP illustrated series. They are the best technical book I have. VoIP
Hello everybody, I need to use a network for doing Voip and I have the RTT history for the network. I can't change the network (I do not administer it , and I can't change anything). The routers in the network don't do particular queuing(I think they all do FIFO, but it is possible some of them will do RED).
