voip network design urgent [7:8928]

HI everybody

I am designing a voip network.  I want to take ip
traffic throug a leased line put them to the pstn
through pbx.
I am going to use 3640 with vic- E&M card and WIC-2T
to get the leased line.
I am going to use ericosn DM110 as pbx
Will this work or tell me your ideas and sugestions

I used extended ping from ethernet  interface to
serial interface which worked well. But from ethernet
interface or the for the LAN to other side of the
serial is the problem 
150 packet ok
next 50 packet timeouts (around)

when I do a continuous ping after around 150 packets
it drops around 50 packet continuously.  When I change

problem on 805 router [7:7475]

Dear friends
I had to troubleshoot a 805 router with some times
drop ip packets.  When you give a continuous ping
after around 150 packets it drops next 50 packets
ie you get timeout message.
The router is configured for a leased line and the
line was working perfectly. When I change the router
the problem was ok. What is wrong with the router
Please help me
