First, if the posted URL has the word "customer" then it requires a logon.
In most cases you can substitute the word "public" for customer and reach
the same information.
Second, different folks have different levels of access on CCO i.e.
customer, reseller, employee. A customer is one who has a service contract.

Why can I not access some of the links people are posting point to 
Cisco's web site.  It asks for a CCS login?  Can any one get one and how 
would I go about it?
