Hi, I have a 5505 that im trying reset to factory defaults. I have done this many times and cant seen to get it to reset. I can get to the enable prompt, however, its not excepting the null password. It had Tacacs setup on it, i was wondering maybe if that was the problem...also, it isnt connected to anything at but my PC.
