We use 1751's in a couple of environments and are easily using around 25-30 VLANS's...with no problems. The router gets some decent usage and everything has worked fine for us... I'd preface it with it depends on the traffic going across the VLAN's. I've seen 3600's get killed (actually die) with NFS traffic crossing an ethernet port via inter-vlan traffic.
