A quick question if I may...

See below the output from "sh atm int atm x/x"

Can anyone tell me where the "Avail bw = 6000" information is coming from ?
It is certainly not defined my router so I assuming it's coming from the
provider...or am i assuming too much..;)

Appreciate any assistance you can offer.
