I would say that you should still let the cs800 (new CSS 11800) switches do the
NAT'ing.  Have the 7204's front end the switches for internet connectivity..  Really,
with the way the CSS switches work, they should do the job as they were meant to
(L3-L7).

On the routers HSRP will be running for redundancy and from my readings so 
far HSRP and NAT don't work ?? .

NAT worked fine for me on the cs800...  I'm not sure about HSRP though.
