What I have seen working for many people is the outline from CISCO website,
token Ring white paper from the Rossi's and everything you've done till CCNP

CCIE Written [7:834]

What is the best book to use for studying the CCIE written exam?.  I've seen 
several: Lammle, Caslow and Giles but am not sure which is the best.  Any 
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
