not as far as i am aware....

What you COULD do ..is set them up as seperate lines ...and then run 
eigrp/ospf betweeen them ...this will load balance the lines..

you could just upgrade your one line to 256k...also

but there is no serial "etherchannel" varient..

you can do it with isdn using dialer channel`s....
