The service will also restart anytime you add a new device or make any
modification that requires the restart (but I'm guessing you already knew
that).  So, from a security perspective, and based on that fact, perhaps
someone other than yourself is making changes to the ACS server which is
causing the restart.  Just a thought, might be worth looking into.

Each Day, the ACS Server will stop awhile for
backup the log file to the name "DATE.log"
then it will re-start again on services

Cisco ACS... [7:20682]

Quick question regarding some alarms that I'm receiving on a ACS NT server.
The errors are stating that certain process CSAuth, CSMon, CSTacacs, are
being stopped and the five seconds later they are started again.  This
happens everyday and I found out that this is being caused by the Windows NT
Service Manager.  Is there anything that can be done to stop this action, or
is this just something that has to be with NT and ACS v2.1?  Any advice is
greatly appreciated!!
