CramSession.com is currently undergoing a server move. The entire site is hosted on temporary servers during this process, which should be completed sometime soon. There are intermittent issues with some of the site connectivity, but I had not heard of this particular problem. I have sent it to the attention of the appropriate individuals. In answer to your question, I wrote it along time ago by just doing a quick rewrite of my own study notes. It's worth a quick read, and it might help somewhat.
