You can do a show version to see what version of Boot ROM you have. You
need at least Boot ROM version 10.2(8a) to upgrade to 16 MB Flash.
You can find them on the auction sites. Here's one I found. There are plenty
more out there (watch for wrap):

Also, I believe Cisco may send them to you for free, but I don't know for
sure. I received some from Cisco a long time ago, but I have a maintenance
contract with them. You may want to search around their website or email
them.

A question that comes up a lot is where to get a PLCC extractor to remove
the old Boot ROMs. I got mine at Radio Shack. They're probably available at
any electronics store.
