 ARE YOU PEOPLE STUPID??  They don't want to send stuff to other countries
 likely because of the high cost of shipping overseas.  Dammit people get a
 grip.  Cisco is based in the US and I doubt they are going to stock these
 books all over the world.  Amazing how clueless some of you people are.

  regarding Cisco's dislike for sending "free offers" to other countries.

I've been sent several book from cisco, and Cisco *I think* never 
complaining about shipping cost  :)
And I live in Indonesia 
Such a big company like Cisco complaining about their promotion material's 
shipping cost ??? get real ..
