Not too bad of figures. 100 to 120 per month passing and around 1 zillion sitting it. Doesn't give me any confidence for the first time passer. Every now and then I reckon I should have taken up something like Dustman or Gardener. As for the most recent number issued, that changes on a daily basis. Last I saw was #7515 who announced today that he passed last Friday. Not all CCIE's make their announcements on the newsgroups I track. I do know that roughly 100-12 people per month are awarded their CCIE. I have information going back to August 1999 to support that.
