Telephony is very much a part of Cisco these days, including the CCIE lab

As a side note, we're starting an 18 site AVVID install tomorrow. We'll be
bringing up the PSTN PRI and two Call Manager boxes, with the cut-over date
for the first site (150 phones) late next week. Wish me luck, heh. Oh, did
I mention the owner of the company is close friends with our CEO? Got to
love these sort projects that just must work, no excuses.

Hi there guys,
Sorry for the offtopic post, but I'm hoping to query up some info from the
best and brightest in this business. Please respond to my e-mail address

My question is this: We have a severely aging PC-based PBX system that
sucks. We were looking at VoIP and IP Phones, but have no idea where to
start or how to sort out the features. Can anyone give me the location of
any compare and constrast articles on the subject? or maybe a name and
number of a dealer or someone I could talk to about it? Thanks in advance
and once again, sorry for posting off topic. You guys are just so
helpful.
