Replying with titles or no titles should not matter. Titles mean you have a
standard level of knowledge. What may seem like dumb question to one perosn
may however not be dumb to someone else. It depends on your experience and
what you have studied. 

I think we are all in pursuit of knowledge. You ask question, You get
answer, you learn. You have to win in the long run.

Listing title from a different perspective

I find when I ask a question that may seem dumb to myself or to others, I
don't sign my name with my titles.  Do you guys always sign with your titles
or just when you're answering a question?
