You can get whitepapers on Tivoli off of IBM's website. OpenView from HP's site, and CiscoWorks from (duh) Cisco's site. I am reviewing all three currently also, as part of a project that our company is involved in. If this is something that you or your company is looking at, it might be worthwhile for us to do some collaboration on both of our findings.
