1.)Does anybody know where I can get a PLCC (Plastic leaded chip carrier) extraction tool so I can replace the boot roms in some 2500's. Or is there another way of removing them without damaging them? 2.) Cisco's website and their technical staff claim that the 4000M+ can only handle 8MB of flash memory (two slots that can each handle a 4MB flash module)even with upgraded boot roms installed. I find this hard to believe. Anybody ever upgraded the 4000M+ with more than 8MB flash or is it even possible?
