Passed BCRAN [7:13433]
Hello Groupies, Just coming back from BCRAN exam. I passed with a score of 898. Passing score was 706. Total 62 questions. Time limit was 1hr 15mins. Was able to do it well within time. To my astonishment there were only 3 questions on 700 series. There were 4/5 questions on 1600 configs. There were questions about the correct command syntax...but I had to choose from a list of commands in the exibit. There were only 2 scenario questions, both were on FR. There were couple of AAA questions and Network Security questions and 4 NAT questions. I prepared with Paquet's BCRAN book from Cisco Press. I think I can only expect 898 for 10 days prep :). Thanks to all great contributors in this list. It was really helpful. I learnt a couple of things from some of the threads, like I need to know about the 1600 configs, etc. Also I should say, working with some of the products and hands on experience really helps. Let's see how and when I am able to pass the other 2 exams to become a CCNP. Any inputs on BSCN and Support exams welcome. Thanks Sudarshan __ Do You Yahoo!? I recommend taking Support last since is it basically a review of the other three tests but from a Support point of view Plus extra troubleshooting related questions. BSCN = BGP, BGP, and BGP plus OSPF, EIGRP, and a little RIP -- "Through Complexity there is Simplicity, Through Simplicity there is Complexity" David L.
