you are not allowed to take anything in the exam room and this should go for all exams! Hi Alex, Congradulations on passing the switching exam. I am just starting to prepare for that one. I just did the Remote Access exam today. I used the cisco press BCRAN course book, an old ACRC book, and cisco product descriptions to prepare for the exam. I strongly recommend two books 1. the CiscoPress BCMSN textbook 2. ExamCram ** the Alert part of each chapter is very useful ** Most questions focus on Vlan, trunking, VTP and some simple IOS and set based commands, remember characteristic of each switch model because you have to choose among them for cases.
