I quote from the "System Error Messages" for 11.1
"Explanation  A software error occurred.
Recommended Action  Copy the error message exactly as it appears, and report
it to your technical support representative."

Uh huh??
prot=6 is TCP
dport=63 is whois++

Call the TAC if you are getting a lot of these.

There is not enough info here.  Check your config.  Make sure that you don't 
have a static route that is looping back.  Do you have hsrp configured?  How 
about tunnel?  So many possibilities.
