Personally I prefer Sniffer Pro By Network Associates. Etherpeek is
supposed to be good too, but not as powerful as Sniffer pro. Both are
not free.

Ali,

Well, I don't know about intuitive, but for powerful and free I like Snort.
Snort is an IDS system, but you can also run it in various sniffer modes and
have it capture the entire content of packets and organize the packets based
on IP addresses.  It runs very well on Linux and most Unix platforms as well
as Win32.
