Sorry for my ignorant...i can't believe Robert Padjen is in this list too! My guess is that someone goofed when the CID beta was closed and they inactivated the mainline exam. This happened on the CCNA beta a few months ago if you'll recall, and was fixed in a day or so. As a number of us have noted, the beta is usually not brought into the mainline for at least three months, and the beta doesn't end for another week plus.
