I'm sure that the default usrobotics modemcap will work on your modem. What exactly is not working on your connection? What process have you gone through to connect it?
Modemcap entries can be viewed on the router by 'show modemcap' to reveal the names of the modems supported by default scripts and then 'show modemcap usr_sportser' to show the actual AT commands used for that entry.
