queue 1 = 500/3000= 16%
queue 2 = 1500/3000   = 50%
queue 3 = 1000/3000   = 33%

So, with CBWQ you would use bandwidth 16 for the traffic that was
destinated to queue1 in CQ, and so on.

Does it make sense?
