The 16 meg DRAM was the same, but they want $76 for 8
meg of flash, I picked mine up for $33..

I suggest www.pricewatch.com and compare prices first.

For corporation, I suggest to go with http://www.memoryx.net  They have
Cisco approved flash and memory for a great price.  These parts do not void
SmartNet warranty.  I have been using flash and memory from them, very
stable.

I bought some regular 72 pin simms to upgrade my memory on a 2514 from a
local computer store for $16 for 15mg of dram and it worked fine. I bought
an additional 8mg of flash for 40 on ebay but you might be able to get it
cheaper. Good luck!
