If I'm understanding correctly, I think that you're looking for something like that: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122newft/122t/122t8/ftrotdls.htm#11917, but it's a very new feature and I haven't tried it yet... With that command, you can rotate through several dialer strings, but I think that there's no possibility of configuring a delay between the calls.. hope this help.
