I passed switching today. Will pass Support tomorrow and then I'll be a NP. This test is more theory than any others and there are at least 15 "gimmee" questions that would be better served on a CompTia N+ test. There are about 12 really hard questions, and the rest are not very difficult if you know the material. REALLY know the difference's between the command's on CatOS and IOS. REALLY know VTP, trunking, etc.... It's longer but easier than routing and remote access.
