Encapsulation failing is usually layer2 to layer3 mapping problem.  Wanna
share a bit more about your DDR config?

This is generally an issue with layer 3 address negotiation. Turn on debug
ppp negotiation to see what's going on.

Hi,
I have posted earlier about the DDR link...
My routers dials each other and LCP and IPCP comes up but not the NCP, and
encapsulation is failing when i try to ping.

any help
