I think the answer is 10. I am not sure if this corresponds to a 10 user license (in which case a 50 user license may allow 50 tunnels, but I doubt it). The answer is 5. That is the maximum # of SAs. Remember, SAs are built according to the match address in the crypto map statement. So if you have 5 separate tunnels to one peer, you are maxed out.
