In 6.2(2) version of software you might think of turning off the ILS and SIP fixups. These are known for reloading the PIX for no reason. There are bugs listed on Cisco's website about it. Pix 6.3(3) was just released. You might want to try that one. I was told that Cisco fixed a bunch of things in this new release.
