I've used Zyplex (or is it Xyplex?) in the past and had good luck with them.
Their configuration was very straightforward also.

I use a digi. It works good. Got it off ebay for about #100 or so, 16 ports.

Go buy a cheap 2511 from ebay or from someones ccie lab..
that will give you 16 ports
