Julius

here's a link to a site with an Erlang calculator and some other calc's,
I've never used it myself but it's a common method for drawing up
requirements for your comms

www.erlang.com/calculator

cheers

Does anyone know around how many hours it takes to tie
in Voice over IP (VoIP) on a 2600 series router over
Frame Relay? Less than 50 users and 10 simultaneous
lines connecting with a PBX? I bidded this out and
received one bid and do not want to pay for excess
hours. I appreciate your constructive responses and
 knowledge.

The Cisco side of it is easy and can be done in 8 hours or less. The real
problem area is the PBX programming. It all depends on how knowledgeable
your PBX tech is. If you have all the needed hardware, cabling, etc., the
PBX programming shouldn't take more than 4 hours.

Maybe a few more hours for testing and debugging.

In my experience, it can be difficult for Cisco folks to communicate with
pure voice folks. Once you make yourself understood, things move right along.
