I have taken several classes with them. I really like the way they have their classrooms set up. I would recommend them. I have an enterprise/service provider type bootcamp scheduled with them Nov. 12-16 called Network Solutions Bootcamp that focuses on ATM, Optical type stuff using different flavors of equipment and I will let you know when I come out. This will be a good test because it is based on mostly getting hands on lab training. It is part of a ATM Engineer track with them but I am not going to pursue that track. I took the ICND about a 8 months ago and it had to have been the most informative class i've taken from any company, The instructor, Del Blake, was well versed and had many real world experiences to share and hints to make things easier. I've been through a lot of companies and classes and Global Knowledge is the only one i will be returning to. Hi, I just took the Global Knowledge MCNS course 3 weeks ago and would recommend it. Wanting to get a basic knowledge of security and firewalls, the material was good. Class labs were excellent. I've been to other Global Knowledge classroom training courses and have not yet been disappointed. Best of luck.
