           If it is just a vlan and not elan, then changing the name should
not impact the operation of it. If it is
an elan then all references to it in its lane components must be changed for
it to remain operational. The server-bus
and lane clients names will all have to match whatever name you change to.

Hello There,

Is renaming a VLAN from one name to an another one
impacting ?
I am taking about the name only, and not changing the
number of the VLAN.
For example changing the name from SALES to
SALES(10.1.1.0) for example ... It is interesting to
match layer 2 and layer 3 information when possible
(ie mask of 24 bits)
