That looks like a pretty good start.  When you do some larger lab scenarios
you will probably need a few more.  In the end I had 9 routers in my home
lab.  The ccbootcamp labs have several labs with 8-9 routers.  If I was you
I would add a 2502. You can get them real cheap and you'll have another
token ring router besides your 2523.  If you got the money you could add a
router with voice like a 1750 or a 2600.

Do not forget that practicing with reverse telnet is HANDY for the lab (do
not kill me if I am not right) so a 2509/11 would do great, only it has 2s
and 1e.

I am getting pretty used to telnetting into my 4 other routers/1 switch
trough my 2511.. octal cable.

Believe ccieprep.com has a labdocument where they state the use of the
reverse telnetting, also every CCIE book comes back on the subject.
