I would, otherwise you have no guarantee which bridge will becomer the root
bridge for vlan 1. You might end up with a dodgy low performance switch
becoming root, or it could cause a "sub-optimal" forwarding path to be
created consisting of a number of bridge hops.

This could cause an issue when managing your devices.

Also use the same command to create a Backup Root for all of your vlans

include vlan1 in my vlan setting?  Why or why not? Vlan1 is on by default
