I think you need to pass the first three exams before CIT.You'll find some
difficulty in understanding many points in CIT which are covered in details
in the first three exams.

Anything can be possible. My suggestion is to take it last. It does
emphasize materials that you get exposed to by taking the other 3 exams
first.
