Is there a way to know/test/monitor that ISDN backup is always ready to be used when the primary link is down..? I am using leased line to connect my remote offices to HQ. All the leased line are backup by ISDN. Is there any tools which can inform me via email or other means about whether I am using leased line now or ISDN backup?
