callmanager 3.1(3a) upgrade [7:61881]
I was trying to upgrade callmanager 3.1(3a) to 3.2(2c) without success. Cisco's instruction is kind of vague. I suspect that I need to install some patches or fixes before upgrade but I'm not sure what they are. Is there a link for this? Thanks.
