catalyst 2900 XL got reset [7:15835]

yes, actually, this happened to me w/ out servers switch :( in production. i never got a clear answer as to why this happened, but i'm never plugging into a 2900 console port in production w/ a windows box again. This is a known bug. I do believe though that the latest IOS fixes it. What are you running?
