Cisco Online Testing [7:10796]

2001-07-03 Thread Juliano - Bol

Hi, all:

Does anyone knows what happens to Cisco Online Testing Web Site? I Try to
access it at

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/wwtraining/colt/ColtLogin.pl

But it returns the following:

You cannot access an assessment directly. In order to access an
assessment you have to proceed via a link to the assessment. These links
appear onsites like PEC, FELC, Cisco Rewards.
  Can not Take Test.

Anyone knows where can I find it now?

Juliano Luz

No. You do get feedback as to which questions you got wrong, and what topic
it is covered in, but if you feel that the answer that they show as being
correct is not, you will need to verify it yourself. I would like to make
another note. After reviewing the Cisco whitepapers that I downloaded to
help me study for these exams, I noticed that there were even more questions
on the actual exams that the answers to them came directly from the Cisco
Documents (imagine that). I would recommend that while studying for the
exams, anyone who REALLY wants to know the material should get as much
information as possible directly from the Cisco Documentation, in addition
to any other study materials that you may have. Remember the end goal is
NOT just to pass the exams, but to know the material. In every technical
interview that I have had, no one has ever asked me what score I received on
an exam. They dug down deep into my knowledge to see what I actually know,
which is miniscule to what most of you have :-) .

Carl.

 again, some SEEMED to be

make sure to double check your answers. And they

took the GK classes for these and found the material
 in the courseware to be
substantial for 80% of the exam questions as well.
 In both cases however,
having hands on is the best way to study especially
 for the command line
 questions.

Do the on-line tests credit to our certificates? Or they are just sample

I am really curious about that. If so, then we do not need to register with
