Can anyone tell me ...

Based on the below details, the total memory is 64Mb
what does both 49152K and 16384K indicate ?

*cisco 2610 (MPC860) processor (revision 0x203) with 
49152K/16384K bytes of  memory. *

49152K/16384K = main memory/shared memory

your total memory is 64MB first part is main memory the second part is for
packet sharing.

Your total memory would be 64 M
